Responsable for maintenance engineering and maintenance management within the division M&F. Using FMECA and RCM I draw up maintenance plans, amongst others for autoclaves and washers, and monitor the planning and costs. Furthermore I am responsable for commissioning, water treatment, incidental projects regarding cost-saving, and troubleshooting.
Working in the Malfunction service as a breakdown engineer within the division Measurement and Control, electrical and mechanical engineering. Tasks revolve around the prevention or fixing of malfunctions in packaging and filling machines, tank storage, autoclaves and homogenizers. Futhermore I am entrusted with calibration tasks, commissioning and troubleshooting.
Working as an electrical and instrumentation engineer on crane ship De Hermod. Locations: Gulf of Mexico, Trinidad and Canada. The work consisted of installations, troubleshooting and other tasks concerning the on-board electronics and instrumentarium, such as cranes, winches, separators, levelling and ballast systems.

As an instrumentation engineer I worked on measurement and control technology, electrical engineering and gas analysis technology. I also applied Siemens PLC and Teleperm technologies and carried out calibration tasks. The calibration processes were described by me in the Local Operation Instructions. Furthermore I carried out any required troubleshooting.
For this job of electrical and instrumentation engineer I was hired by Imtech Industry. I was responsible for the installation of a machine for the food industry, and subsequently for starting up (commissioning) the machine.
Contract-based instrumentation engineer for the division Control Technology (through Unique Project Management). Responsible for commissioning, troubleshooting and calibration of measurement and control equipment. As part of the calibration processes I wrote the Local Operation Instructions and was responsible for adjusting processes and equipment.
On a contract-basis carrying out investigations into technological/economical possibilities to controlling the waste flow of inland shipping by tanks. As an environmental inspector carrying out checks as part of the Act on Chemical Wastes (Wet Chemische Afvalstoffen (WCA). Part of the work was advising on, and drawing up of regulations for the WCA-permits which were applied for by demolition firms.
As a technical assistant I was responsible for an environmental research project. Hydrocracking of chlorinated hydrocarbons. My tasks were in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, measurement and control technologies and process engineering. I also wrote a technical manual.
As a refrigeration systems engineer I worked on the fixing of breakdowns and I rendered services in the field of refrigeration systems, electrical and mechanical engineering. These services mainly concerned hospital and laboratory equipment, the agricultural branch and the meat-processing industry.
As first technical staff member I was responsible for the maintenance and management of the permanent mechanical and electrical installations. During this time I acquired skills in cooling technology and water treatment. I was also concerned with repairing laboratory equipment, project coordination, stock administration and drawing up maintenance plans. During this time I set up a workshop project as part of a development project at the University of Hanoi in Vietnam.
